As a podcaster you can only edit one of the menu entries on the left of your administration panel. That's why you're getting 403 Error messages, when you click on the other entries.

This is how the error looks. It's not an error, it's just that these functions are restricted and for internal use only.
What you have access to is the general administration dashboard with analytics of ALL hosted podcasts on BTC Podcasting. This is actually not what you should have access to. But since the underlying system Castopod is in constant development, it's not possible for us to hide the menu entries yet, which are for internal use only.
